2. Categories of Processing
We process the following categories of personal data:
- Inventory data (names, addresses)
- Contact data (email, phone numbers)
- Content data (form entries, coaching notes)
- Usage data (pages visited, access time)
- Meta/communication data (device information, IP addresses)
- Appointment booking data (name, email, selected appointment)
3. Legal Bases
- Consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR) — The data subject has given consent.
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) — Necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) — To safeguard our legitimate interests, provided your interests do not override them.
4. Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany. When you visit, server log files (IP address, date/time, requested file, referrer URL, browser/operating system) are automatically captured.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Log files are deleted after 7 days. A data processing agreement (DPA) with Strato is in place.
5. SSL/TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption (recognizable by the lock icon and "https://"). Data transmission between your browser and our server is therefore encrypted.
6. Contact via Email and Form
When contacting us by email or form, your information (name, email, message) is stored for processing. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Deletion after final processing, no later than after 6 months.
Email Delivery (SMTP)
Form messages are sent via Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin) using SMTP. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. DPA in place.
Spam Protection
The contact form uses CSRF tokens, honeypot fields, and rate limiting (max. 3 requests/hour). No additional personal data is processed in connection with these measures.
7. Appointment Booking (Brevo)
For online appointment booking, we use Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). Data processed: first/last name, email address, selected appointment. Storage on EU servers.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. DPA in place. The booking form is embedded as an iframe — when loaded, Brevo may capture technical data.

8. Google Workspace
For email and calendar, we use Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin). Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. DPA in place. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
9. Web Analytics (Matomo)
We use Matomo, an open-source web analytics software hosted on our own server at Strato (self-hosting). No data is transmitted to third parties.
Cookieless Tracking
Matomo is configured so that no cookies are set. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
Anonymization
IP addresses are shortened by 2 bytes (e.g. 192.168.xxx.xxx) and processed only in anonymized form. Referrer URLs are stored without query parameters to remove personal information from URLs.
Data Processed
Recorded: pages visited, time of access, source page (without query parameters), browser and operating system used, anonymized IP address.
Retention Period
Raw data (visitor logs) is automatically deleted after 180 days. Aggregated reports are deleted after 12 months.
Legal Basis
Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in statistical analysis of user behavior to improve our offering). Due to cookieless tracking and comprehensive anonymization, our legitimate interest outweighs the interference with your privacy.
Opt-out
You can object to Matomo's collection at any time by activating the "Do Not Track" setting in your browser. Matomo respects this setting automatically.
10. Social Media Links
Our website contains links to LinkedIn and Instagram. These are simple hyperlinks — data transmission only occurs upon active clicking. The respective platform's privacy policies then apply.
11. Coaching Services and Confidentiality
In the context of coaching services, we process: contact data, billing data, and where applicable, coaching notes. All content shared in coaching is subject to confidentiality. Coaching notes are deleted after completion, no later than after 12 months.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
12. Testimonials
Clients can voluntarily submit a statement for publication via a form on this website. The following data is processed:
- Name (published only as initials if desired)
- Statement text
- Optional portrait photo
- Consent status (publication, naming, photo use)
Legal basis: Explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). Consent is obtained via separate checkboxes for publication of the statement, use of the full name, and display of the photo.
Processing: Data is transmitted by email to the controller (via Google Workspace, see section 8). Uploaded photos are stored on the server at Strato (see section 4). Publication only takes place after final approval by the submitting person.
Retention: Data is stored as long as consent is given. Upon revocation, the testimonial is promptly removed from the website and stored data (including photo) is deleted.
Revocation: Consent may be revoked at any time without giving reasons by emailing coaching@simonblaschke.de.

14. Retention Periods
Billing data: 10 years (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). Contract data: duration of contract relationship plus 3 years (statute of limitations). All other data: after fulfillment of purpose.
