Supplementary privacy notice for participation in seminars and workshops by Simon Blaschke Coaching. The general Privacy Policy applies in addition.

2. Registration
When registering for a seminar or workshop, the following data is collected:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Billing address
- Any special notes (e.g. dietary restrictions for catering)
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of contract). Data is used for the organization and execution of the event as well as for billing.
3. Communication Before and After the Seminar
Before and after a seminar, you will receive organizational information by email (directions, schedule, materials, feedback request). Delivery is via Google Workspace.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. You will not receive promotional emails without separate consent.
4. Seminar Materials
In the context of the seminars, worksheets, reflection sheets, and digital materials may be provided. Personal entries in worksheets remain with the participants. The seminar leader has no access to individual reflection results unless these are voluntarily shared within group work.
5. Photo and Video Recordings
Photos or videos may be created during the seminars for documentation or marketing purposes. This is done only with prior explicit consent of all participants (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR).
Without consent, no recordings will be made in which individual participants are recognizable. Consent may be revoked at any time.
6. Confidentiality in the Group
Personal content shared in the seminar is subject to confidentiality. All participants are informed about confidentiality at the beginning of the seminar. The seminar leader is obliged to maintain confidentiality.
7. Venues (Third-Party Providers)
Seminars may take place in external premises. In this case, the privacy policy of the respective venue applies additionally. The seminar leader only passes on data necessary for room planning (number of participants) to the venue — no individual personal data.
8. Online Seminars
For online seminars or hybrid formats, a video conferencing tool (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet) may be used. In this case, the privacy notices of the respective provider will be communicated before the event begins.
9. Retention and Deletion
Registration data is deleted after the seminar has taken place, provided no legal retention obligations exist. Billing data is retained in accordance with § 147 AO for 10 years. Feedback and testimonials are stored only with explicit consent and may be published anonymously if applicable.
10. Your Rights
The data subject rights listed in the general Privacy Policy apply (access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection, complaint).
