My dual degree in industrial engineering and psychology was no accident, but an expression of my search for wholeness. During my years at Kärcher, I had the privilege of helping shape the global success story of a world market leader as Director of Corporate Culture Development as well as Innovation & Technology Management. I experienced firsthand how a powerful connection between future-ready strategy and a deeply rooted corporate culture unleashes untapped potential.
