What You Should Know

Many consultancies optimize either strategy or culture — rarely both at once. The Beyond approach systemically connects Purpose, Culture, Strategy, and Leadership. Sustainable transformation only emerges when all four levels are in sync. I bring a dual perspective to this: analytical precision from industrial engineering, and psychological depth from systemic work with people and teams.
Ideally, a project follows a five-phase process model: in the Analyze phase we understand your starting situation. In Design we develop tailored concepts. In the Enable phase we empower your teams. In Embed we anchor changes in daily routines. In Scale we secure lasting impact. In practice, most projects move through at least the first three to four phases — the specific scope always emerges from your needs.
I work cross-industry with mid-sized companies and corporations facing real transformation challenges — whether cultural change, strategic realignment, or leadership development. My own experience spans over 15 years in professional roles and more than 10 years in leadership positions, including as Director for Culture Development and Innovation in a global family business.
We define clear target outcomes and measurable indicators together at the start — whether employee satisfaction, leadership quality, or strategic KPIs. In regular reflection loops we check progress and adjust when needed. My standard: change that is not only felt, but also demonstrable.
Both. I recommend workshops and kick-offs in person, because trust and group dynamics emerge most strongly there. Strategy sessions, coaching, and interim meetings work excellently remote. In practice, most clients use a hybrid approach — and I flexibly adapt to your needs.
