This is me
I'm Simon — coach, advisor, and musician based in Cleebronn, Germany. What moves me is the question of how people can find their way to themselves — and from there step out into the world with real impact.
What drives me is the conviction that real change always begins from within. Not through methods alone, but through a new posture: toward yourself, toward your relationships, toward your path.
I work with individuals and couples who have the courage to look honestly — and who are ready to risk something new. Not perfect, but real.
Inner clarity creates outer impact. Those who know themselves can live, love, and act authentically.
My Journey
Taking responsibility early
Whether as team captain or in my first professional leadership roles — I learned early on that real leadership doesn't come from titles, but from the ability to truly reach people.
Connecting two worlds
My dual degree in industrial engineering and psychology was no accident — it reflects my search for wholeness. At Kärcher, as Director, I built the bridge between strategy and culture and experienced how powerful this connection can be.
Walking my own path
At some point, it became clear: what I bring to organizations, I want to bring to individuals and couples too. Working with the whole — head, heart, and action — is my calling. Today I accompany people on their personal path to more clarity and aliveness.
What I Stand For
Dignity
Every person deserves to be seen and respected in their uniqueness. This posture shapes every moment of my work.
Freedom
Real change doesn't come from adaptation, but from the courage to find your own path — free from external expectations.
Peace
Change doesn't need to be a struggle. I accompany you through a process that reconciles rather than divides — with yourself and with others.
Love
A posture that comes from the depths: meeting yourself and others with goodwill, empathy, and genuine interest — even when it becomes uncomfortable.
My Approach
My coaching combines scientific grounding with human depth. I work systemically — meaning I look not just at the symptom, but at the whole picture: your patterns, your relationships, your context.
I draw on methods from humanistic psychology, body work, and integral theory. What ties them together is a clear focus: not just to understand, but to move into action.
